Shifts/Call: Overnight call after shift approximately 2x/week; regular day call approximately 1x/month (13-15 days per month); approximately 2 weekend call shifts; every other weekend 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; Spring Break blackout dates (April 4th-12th); holiday policy based on number of holidays during assignment 9. Returning Staff: Must be away for 1 full year from all Piedmont facilities; if deemed unable to return to one facility, must complete one successful assignment outside of Piedmont prior to rebooking at new location 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
