- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of RN experience required; Level 1 experience required; multiple specialties including Ortho (Trauma, Joints, Sports med, Shoulders) and Robots (DaVinci) 2. Cases: Ortho/Sports Med/Podiatry 50% or more, Gen Surgery/Colorectal/Robotics (DaVinci XI system), GYN/URO, Urology with lasers, Plastics, ENT, Ortho Trauma 3. Certifications: BLS/NIH required, ACLS preferred; conscious sedation and scrub experience preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour shifts Mon-Fri 0630-1900 preferable; max 10 calls per contract (after 1900-0630 and weekends); weekend call only 24-hour Sat or Sun 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; two pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; prior travel experience preferred 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Prior travel experience preferred 14.
