Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of OR RN experience required 2. Cases: General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant; preferred experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, Burns 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable shifts (days/evenings, 8s, 10s, or 12s); call required M-F 2100-0630, Saturday and Sunday 0630-1900 and 1900-0630; holiday/weekend coverage may be required; 3 weekend shifts per 13 weeks as needed 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required immediately after contract signing 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Level 1 trauma center experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16.
