Cases: Must be proficient in all service lines except heart, vascular and total joint; general, urology and plastics experience required; minor ortho, ENT and GYN cases 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: State or compact licensure required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EMR training included in orientation 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend call required (Saturday/Sunday - one weekend every six week schedule period) 8. RTO: Minimal holiday RTO 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Must advise of any license hits at time of submittal; recent professional cancels will be reviewed 12.
