- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year circulator experience in intraoperative setting required; first timers accepted 2. Cases: Retina surgery, total hip/knees, hand surgery, breast oncology, breast reconstruction, ENT, Lap Chole, hernia repairs, podiatry 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS also listed 4. License: GA or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic and Pyxis experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 6:30-3pm and 8:30-5pm; 5 days one week, 4 days next (72 hours biweekly); dot/double dot system requiring staying late based on remaining rooms 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract; must be finalized at submission; no post-offer requests; Spring Break blackout (April 4th-12th) 9. Returning Staff: Internal staff must be away 1 full year; canceled/DNR travelers must complete one assignment elsewhere before reapplying 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11.
