- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; 1st timers accepted 2. Cases: Main OR for General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, Colorectal; circulate and scrub experience required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic, Pyxis systems, 2 Davinci XI Robots 7. Shifts/Call: 7-8 calls in 8 week schedule; 1 weekend call and 1-2 weekend shifts; 2-3 weekday night calls 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; Spring Break blackout (April 4th-12th); holiday restrictions based on number of holidays in assignment period 9. Returning Staff: Must be away 1 full year from all Piedmont facilities; if unable to return to one facility, must complete successful assignment outside Piedmont 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed during orientation, vary by specialty, recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not required 14. Scrubs: Provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
