Cases: RN operating room circulator with intraoperative setting experience; specialties include retina surgery, total hip/knees, hand surgery, breast oncology, breast reconstruction, ENT, Lap Chole, hernia repairs, podiatry 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS also listed 4. License: GA or Compact license must be in hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic, Pyxis 7. Shifts/Call: No call required but may need to stay over based on "dots and double dots" system - if dot, stay until 1 room left when 2+ rooms after 3pm; if double dot, stay until 2 rooms left when 3+ rooms after 3pm 8. RTO: MAX 7 days; RTO Blackout Dates Spring Break (April 4th-12th); Holiday policy varies by number of holidays in assignment period 9. Returning Staff: Must be away for 1 FULL YEAR from all Piedmont facilities to return as traveler; if deemed unable to return to one facility, must complete one successful assignment outside of Piedmont prior to rebooking at new location 10.
