- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Two years of infusion experience required 2. Cases: Medical oncology and hematology; fast track area (port draws, injections, dressing changes, quick assessments, EKGs); infusion center (blood administration, chemotherapy, IV fluids, immunotherapy) 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo (ONS/ONCC) and OCN preferred; ACLS required by compliance deadline 4. License: Valid state license required at submission; MO license or compact license required; compact license must match permanent residence state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred/required for certain units 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; patient ratio 4:1; no call required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; must be specified at submittal 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; travelers can stay 18 months maximum, then 3-month break required 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
