- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Cancer patients, outpatient oncology 3. Certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), Central Line certified; ACLS required by compliance deadline; ONS/ONCC required 4. License: MO license or compact license required; Illinois requires license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 7:30-4, 8-4:30, 8:30-5, or 9-5:30; No weekends, holidays, or on-call 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO first week; if shift missed, must make up if possible 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy and White 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
