Requirements
- Required certification: Oncology
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Breast, Lung, Prostate, GI, Sickle cell disease and hematology disorders, hematologic cancers; outpatient oncology including BMT and Hematology patients 3. Certifications: BLS required; Chemo (ONS/ONCC), OCN, ONS/ONCC preferred; ACLS required by compliance deadline 4. License: Valid state license required at time of submission; MO license or compact license required; Illinois license required in hand at submissio
