- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; BMT/Cellular Therapy experience required 2. Cases: Pediatric hematology/oncology/bone marrow transplantation including leukemia, brain tumors, bone tumors, sarcoma, lymphomas, blood diseases, immunological diseases, storage diseases, Bone Marrow Transplants and Graft vs Host Disease patients 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, chemotherapy/biotherapy provider card by APHON or ONS; must be AHA Traditional (does not accept RQI); copies required 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required to submit 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, no call required; weekend coverage required; patient ratios 1:3 all shifts 8. RTO: Maximum 1 week; must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks) 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rates; floating within hospital required, not to sister hospitals 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system with comprehensive lifetime review 12. Modules: Non-billable, RN average 4.5 hours, completed pre-start via transcripts; Relias exams require 85% or higher score 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: No prints allowed; scrubs provided for OR 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
