Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 plus years required; 2 plus years of Outpatient Oncology experience preferred 2. Cases: Adult ambulatory oncology infusion 3. Certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), OCN, BMTCN required; must be AHA Traditional; does not accept RQI; copies required 4. License: Valid State License preferred at time of submission 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s 0800-1830; clinic open 7 days a week; block scheduling 8. RTO: Must have upfront (no more than 2 weeks) 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 6+ months 10. Travel/Local: Accepts locals/same rates apply; candidates will float within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby 11. Background: Will not accept any background or license hits; uses Advanced Reporting system with comprehensive lifetime review 12.
