- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Pediatric Oncology and Hematology experience; Pediatric chemotherapy administration; Outpatient experience highly preferred 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, APHON (Pediatric Chemotherapy and Biotherapy) required at time of submission; ACLS mentioned 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner; 4 hours of EPIC training (non-billable) 7. Shifts/Call: 8a-4:30p (5x8); Every other weekend; No on-call requirement 8. RTO: Screenshot confirming RTO requests required at submission; No RTO accommodated after offer; Priority given to requests with less than 7 days RTO and no holiday time off 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: RN average 18 hours non-billable modules; completed pre-start and annually; includes EPIC training, RWJBH annuals, Baxter pump training 13. Special Equipment: IV Pumps experience required Critical: Must work 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 holidays per unit needs. Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing.
