- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5+ years required; chemotherapy/oncology experience required; general pediatrics experience required 2. Cases: General pediatrics, hem/onc, ortho, surgical 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, APHON required; NRP, OCN preferred; required at time of submission 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting system 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend (Sat/Sun); will float to PICU and NICU for appropriate assignments 8. RTO: Screenshot of candidate confirming RTO schedule requests required upon submission; requests with less than 7 days RTO prioritized; RTO after offer NOT accommodated; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone from health system minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11.
