Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5+ years required; general pediatrics experience required; chemotherapy/oncology experience required 2. Cases: General pediatrics, hem/onc, ortho, surgical 3. Certifications: BLS, PALS, APHON required; NRP, OCN preferred; all certifications required at time of submission 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred; 4 hours of EPIC training required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend (Sat/Sun); will float to PICU and NICU; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays 8. RTO: Screenshot of RTO confirmation required upon submission; RTO requested after offer will NOT be accommodated; requests with less than 7 days RTO and no holiday time off prioritized 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone minimum 1 year before eligible to return for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits NOT accepted 12. Modules: RN average 18 hours non-billable modules; completed pre-start and annually; includes EPIC training 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Navy color required 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
