- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; no first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Multiple cancer diagnoses; chemotherapy administration 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ONS/ONCC required; OCN preferred 4. License: Valid LA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No call, float, or weekend requirements; patient ratio 1:7 days 8. RTO: Strict 5 day maximum 9. Returning Staff: Any permanent employee at LCMC facility must be gone at least 1 year to be considered for travel 10. Travel/Local: Must live more than 75 miles from facility or local rate applies 11. Background: Not specified 12.
