- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; 2 years of acute care experience within last 3 years in specialty required 2. Cases: Breast medical oncology; patients with breast cancer or being worked up for breast cancer 3. Certifications: BLS-AHA required, ONCC chemo certification required, OCN preferred 4. License: WI RN license or compact RN license required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts 8. RTO: Generally no more than 2 weeks off per contract; manager review/approval required; if more than 1 consecutive week off, Vaya adds 1 week to contract end 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius from facility; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
