- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years PCU/Stepdown experience required; 1 year minimum experience required 2. Cases: Oncology/Chemo experience highly preferred; step down/oncology med surg patients 3. Certifications: Michigan RN License, BLS (AHA), NIH, ONCC or ONS required (will accept one or the other, will accept pending ONS); ACLS preferred 4. License: Valid Michigan license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC for documentation; Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No call; will work every other weekend; floating to other med surg areas including AU and ER 8. RTO: No RTO for July 4th holiday; must be available first two weeks of assignment; any RTO requests after offer need manager discussion 9. Returning Staff: Return staff policy 6 months 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions; travelers are first to float 11. Background: If traveler has a hit, note on profile and submission 12.
