- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years PCU/Stepdown experience required (also notes 1 year experience required in compliance section) 2. Cases: Oncology/Chemo experience required; general med/oncology stepdown patients 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA), NIH, ONCC or ONS required (must be in hand, will accept pending ONS but ONC must be in hand) 4. License: Michigan RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred for documentation 7. Shifts/Call: No call required; will work every other weekend; float to other med surg areas including AU and ER 8. RTO: Must be available first two weeks of assignment; any RTO requests after offer need manager discussion 9. Returning Staff: 6 month return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate with no radius restrictions; travelers are first to float 11. Background: Must note any background hits on profile and submission prior to submission 12. Modules: 8 hours non-billable, completed during orientation and annually, self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical exemptions only; must include proof with submission or exemption within 48 hours of signing 16.
