Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; must meet experience requirements within the 3 most recent years with at least 1 year of current specialty experience for clinical pass 2. Cases: Lymphoma, Multiple Myeloma, Acute leukemias, Chronic Leukemias, Sickle Cell Disease, other non hem cancers, Other benign hematology 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ONS certification required 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: D/N or Nights; may be scheduled for days, nights, or combination based on department needs; floating required to other MedSurg Oncology units 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6+ months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required. Two professional references required with at least one from manager/director. Patient ratios goal 1:4 but can be 1:5. 72 orientation hours.
