- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; acute care experience hardstop requirement 2. Cases: Multi-trauma, TBI, SCI, CVA, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's MS 3. Certifications: Not specified 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: On-call not required; weekend rotation 1 weekend every 4 weeks; expected ratios 8-9 patients per day 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved 9. Returning Staff: Providence staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10.
