- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of recent Skilled OT Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years); will not accept inpatient experience; Home Health ONLY 2. Cases: Adults, 4-5 patients per day; up to 6 patients per day; 27-30 productivity points standard based on territory 3. Certifications: BCLS required 4. License: Must have WA license or compact license; license in-hand required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Proficiency in HCHB (Homecare Homebase) REQUIRED 7. Shifts/Call: 8hr Days; No weekend requirement; On-call rotation may be required 8. RTO: Must be submitted at the time of application 9. Returning Staff: Former Perm Employees must be separated for minimum of 6 months before being eligible to return as traveler; Must be approved by HR 10.
