Cases: Multi-trauma, TBI, SCI, CVA, surgical, orthopedic, Parkinson's, MS; acute disorder, chronic disorder, functional activities 3. Certifications: Not specified 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission; Valid Allied license in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; weekends required on rotation every 4 weeks with comp days off 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post submission RTO will NOT be approved 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
