Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required; 2-3 years of rehab and/or acute hospital experience preferred 2. Cases: In-patient rehab occupational therapy neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments; acute (ortho, tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments 3. Certifications: NDT or brain injury certifications preferred 4. License: Active OT License; no temp license allowed 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech documentation system 7. Shifts/Call: 8A-5P, start no later than 8:00 AM; call requirements to be discussed during interview; 36 guaranteed hours 8.
