Experience: Clinical experience in the practice setting required; outpatient hand therapy experience required; experience working with post-op hand surgeries and splinting required 2. Cases: Post-op hand surgeries and splinting 3. Certifications: BLS from AHA within 90 days of hire required; CHT certification preferred; NBCOT certification required; specialty-relevant certification must be sent at submission for Allied positions 4. License: Valid Oregon license to practice or license eligible; license must be verified prior to start date; Oregon CNA license must be in hand at submission; pending Oregon license okay for RN but not CNA 5. Education: BS, MS, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy required; must be graduate of program approved by Committee on Accreditation in Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association 6. EMR: Epic charting experience is a hard stop requirement 7. Shifts/Call: M-F; candidates may float within hospital or to affiliate hospital; no block scheduling accommodated 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional RTO requests after submittal may result in removal from consideration or contract cancellation 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit to travel positions for six months after employment termination date 10. Travel/Local: Travelers may float to West Valley Hospital approximately 15 minutes away; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11.
