- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Pediatric outpatient patients with diagnoses including prematurity, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, oral aversion, ADHD, coordination impairment, concussion 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: MN license in-hand required 5. Education: Will consider new grad OTs who have their cert and previous pediatrics experience as a COTA 6. EMR: EPIC experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Days (Mon-Fri), 8-10 hours, at least 32 hours/week, no earlier than 7:30am start, no later than 6pm end 8. RTO: 7 days max; no RTO within first 2 weeks; all RTO due at submission; holiday work required as needed 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 9 months before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Local defined as 25 or 50 miles from facility; locals are not accepted; traveler's primary residence must be more than 25 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
