- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1.5 years required for submission 2. Cases: Experience in assessment and treatment of pediatric patients with feeding/eating difficulties required; experience with swallowing disorders preferred; pediatric feeding disorder experience required 3. Certifications: BLS (AHA), NBCOT required 4. License: CA OT License required in hand or ETA needed to submit; if licensed in another state may use 60 day rule while obtaining CA license 5. Education: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from AOTA accredited program, OR Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from AOTA accredited program if graduated prior to 2004 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s 0800-1830 Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri; no on-call requirements 8. RTO: 6 days max; traveler required to work 2 out of 3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: Permanent staff need to wait a year to be eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, up to 10 hours to complete; completed pre-start; do not count as orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: First-timer travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color 15.
