Cases: Home Health - all diagnoses possible including COPD, PNA, CHF, orthopedic elective and trauma, Neuro, general med surg 3. Certifications: CPR required 4. License: State licensure required; any state RN license ok, can apply for temp license on offer takes 5-10 days, compact license now accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Home Care Home Base is EMR system used - facility will provide training if candidate does not have prior experience with this system 7. Shifts/Call: M-F, no weekends required, but flexible scheduling allows weekend visits if clinician chooses; 7 visits/day or 35 visits per week 8. RTO: No more than 14 days of RTO are allowed, even if willing to add to the end of the contract; all schedule requests, start date and RTO need to be on the front page of the application at time of submittal; no RTO or requests will be negotiated after offer 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Nursing 50 miles radius; nursing locals not accepted; radiology 30 miles radius accepted at same rate 11.
