Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: IRF OT position with occasional floating to Acute; inpatient rehabilitation unit primarily with occasional floating on all inpatient units (clinical decision unit, ICU, telemetry, med-surg), surgical units, and emergency department 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: OR license required; can submit with pending license unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday through Friday 0800-1630, 8-hour shifts; on-call not required; weekends not required; expected ratios 1:1 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days can be auto-approved; anything more may delay offer; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day); must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must include response about previous Providence facility work history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate; must have vehicle for assignment 11. Background: Any background hits must be sent for approval prior to submission 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13.
