- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience required 2. Cases: May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard 3. Certifications: BCLS required 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC/Oasis required; Oasis experience specifically required 7. Shifts/Call: 8hr Days only (facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s); No on-call required; No weekend requirement 8. RTO: Confirm with hiring manager 9. Returning Staff: Must indicate if traveler has previously worked for Providence 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted within 50-75 mile radius at same rate; occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles for patient visits 11. Background: Not specified 12.
