Cases: Adult OT, Activities of daily living, Cardiac rehab, Edema massage, Feeding techniques, Splinting, TENS, Ultrasound, Ortho, Prosthetics/Orthotics, Standardized assessment, Joint mobilization, Home Exercise Program, Lifting and transfer, Patient/Family Education, Safety and injury prevention; med/surg, cardiac, ortho, hips/knees/shoulders, post-surgical, copd, chf, pneumonia, CVA, Falls, weakness, parkinson's, failure to thrive, resp patients, neuro, trachs, trauma, AKA, BKA, ADL'S 3. Certifications: BLS required, state licensed; OASIS training preferred 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner Charting experience preferred; BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system 7. Shifts/Call: Home skilled visits 6-8 per day (minimum 6 points per day); self-scheduled based on HomeCare office needs 8. RTO: BayCare NOT accepting RTO requests in contract; must work out with unit manager on site 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, MS/Tele if completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10.
