Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Outpatient Orthopedic; 60 minute evaluations and follow up treatments 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required in hand; NIHSS cert pending accepted (must get during compliance) 4. License: Wisconsin/compact license; pending license accepted (must get during compliance) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s Days, 8-4:30 Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off periods; RTO required upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius for locals; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Background hits accepted on case by case basis 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within first 8 hours of orientation, average 3-4 hours; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required; first time travelers not accepted 14.
