Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required (18 months general experience if not otherwise specified) 2. Cases: General OT adult and complex hand injuries; lymphedema and oncology treatment helpful 3. Certifications: NBCOT required; CHT (certified hand therapist) requested; CLT (certified lymphedema therapist) helpful; AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted 4. License: IL license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days 0830-1700; no on-call required; will float as needed 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start, renewed annually; strict deadlines with push if not completed by 4PM CST on Day 1 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14.
