- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 3 years PEDS experience required; 5 years preferred 2. Cases: Activities of Daily Living, Adaptive Equipment Assessment (Pediatric), Autism, Feeding, Handwriting, Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Pediatric Outpatient, Sensory Integrative Testing/Treatment 3. Certifications: BLS, NBCOT required; must be AHA or American Red Cross only (RQI cards not accepted) 4. License: IL license must be in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days 0830-1700; no on-call; floating required within hospital or affiliate hospitals 8. RTO: 5 or fewer non-holiday days auto-approved; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction for this specialty 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start; strict deadline 4PM CST on Day 1; first day is virtual at-home 13. Travel Experience: Yes, travel experience required 14.
