Cases: Pediatric outpatient, pediatric rehabilitation facility, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, early intervention, feeding, handwriting, sensory diet program, home exercise program, patient/family education, plan of care, assessments 3. Certifications: BLS required; WI state license required (can be pending) 4. License: WI State License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: No weekends or call required; 0 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: All clinicians cannot work past 1 year as a traveler; 6 month break required to return as a traveler 10. Travel/Local: 70-mile travel requirement; locals not accepted 11.
