Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Shift:  Days / 8a-4p, 8×5, 40hrs per week, M-F, No Call and no weekends
Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• CA License
• Must know HCHB and have at least 1 year of HH experience as an OT
• Master’s degree in occupational therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.
• BLS

Other Details:

• Valid Driver’s License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older: Required
