- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum; 5 years Nuclear Medicine experience preferred 2. Cases: Nuclear Medicine procedures including bone scans, brain scans, cardiac imaging, PET scans, HIDA scans, and various nuclear medicine studies 3. Certifications: ARRT N, CNMT required; BLS from AHA within 90 days; ACLS within 6 months; Basic Cardiac Monitoring class within 4 months; specialty-relevant certification must be sent at submission 4. License: Oregon RN license pending okay at submission; Oregon CNA license must be in hand; Nuclear Medicine license with Oregon Board of Medical Imaging pending allowed; NMTCB or ARRT registration within 6 months 5. Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred 6. EMR: Epic charting experience is a hard stop requirement 7. Shifts/Call: 4 days x 10 hours (Mon/Tues/Fri 0815-1845, Thurs 0700-1730); rotating call approximately 7 days per month after hours 8. RTO: Must be finalized at time of submittal; additional requests may result in removal or cancellation; facility does not accommodate block scheduling 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees may not submit for 6 months after termination 10. Travel/Local: May float to West Valley Hospital 15 minutes away; refusing to float may result in contract cancellation 11. Background: License or background hits require detailed written statement and case-by-case review; ineligible for 90-day temp license waiver 12. Modules: Up to 8 hours non-billable, completed pre-start and annually, recorded by facility report, separate from NBO 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15.
