- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; NO FIRST TIME TRAVELERS 2. Cases: Nuclear Cardiology experience required; Hospital experience required; Experience with Adults required 3. Certifications: ARRT N, BLS, CNMT required 4. License: CA license required on hand at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required (also noted as preferred but not required in charting section) 7. Shifts/Call: 4/10s 7:00-17:30 with every other weekend coverage; May be called off or placed on call once per pay period with 60-minute callback 8. RTO: Should not exceed 7 days, must be submitted with profile; No RTO within first two weeks; Work every other holiday but prefer 2/3 holidays 9. Returning Staff: Former employees must have been gone 2 or more years to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local travelers allowed; permanent address must be over 50 miles from facility 11. Background: DUIs generally allowed as long as no pattern 12. Modules: 6 hours required for Allied specialties (including Radiology Tech); completed pre-start and annually; recorded via transcripts; billable 13.
