Requirements
- Required certification: Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: 6-8 cases per day; nuclear cardiology procedures including gastric emptying, bone scans, liver imaging, perfusion, ventilation, captopril, myocardial scans, and SPECT imaging 3. Certifications: BLS required; ARRT and NMTCB certification required; all certifications required at time of submission 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 7:30a-4p, block schedule Mon-Fri; no call; no weekends required 8. RTO: Screenshot confirming RTO required upon submission; less than 7 days RTO prioritized; no holiday time off prioritized; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays; RTO after offer will not be accommodated 9. Returning Staff: RWJBH staff must be gone minimum 1 year before eligible for travel assignments 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Open/active background hits and/or license hits not accepted 12. Modules: Non-billable; 1 hour average for Allied; completed pre-start and annually; EPIC training facility reported 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Experience required with nuclear cardiology equipment, SPECT imaging Critical: Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing. References required.
