Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 6 months of PET experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted if 2+ years experience 2. Cases: Average 6-7 PET/CT per day; general nuclear medicine studies average 9 per day including cardiacs, bone scans, renal, VQ, parathyroid 3. Certifications: ARRT(N) or NMTCB with CA license; BLS required; PET experience highly preferred 4. License: CA license must be in hand; must disclose license/background hits at submission; no open license hits approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s or 5x8s; variable start times 0700-0900; call required post-shift and rotating weekends; weekend shifts may exceed every other to accommodate unit needs 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, NYD); all RTO must be included at submission 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted if 2+ years experience 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue for general staff; L&D/OR provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Siemens equipment (SYMBIA SPECTCT, SYMBIA, BIOGRAPH HORIZON PETCT); Siemens experience strongly preferred Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. All travelers expected to float between facilities within state.
