Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required; 6 months PET experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted if 2+ years experience 2. Cases: Nuclear medicine studies (cardiacs, bone scans, renal, VQ, parathyroid); PET scans average 6-7 per day; general nuclear studies average 9 per day 3. Certifications: ARRT(N) or NMTCB required; BLS required; PET certification preferred; CT Advanced Certification preferred 4. License: CA license required and must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience highly preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Post shift and rotating weekend call required; variable start times 0700-0900; 4x10s or 5x8s 8. RTO: 7 days maximum; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: 16 hours average, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires approval 13. Travel Experience: Not required if sufficient experience 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue for general staff; L&D/OR provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Siemens equipment (SYMBIA SPECTCT, SYMBIA, BIOGRAPH HORIZON PETCT); Siemens experience strongly preferred Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required.
