- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; Nuclear Medicine experience required; PET/CT experience preferred but not required 2. Cases: General NM routine studies (Bones, Gastrics, Hepatos, Renals, etc.); GI bleeds, bio-leaks, VQs, and brain death cases; potential PET department rotation if PET/CT trained 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Call required once every 9 weeks; weekday call stays late only if late patient (usually done by 6pm); weekend call coverage 8am to 5pm; day shift hours may shift slightly due to scheduled patients 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note at submission if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers within 75 miles not accepted; Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology 75 mile radius; all other specialties 100 mile radius 11.
