- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum, 2 years required in specialty (unless specified otherwise in job description) 2. Cases: Prefer experience performing all different types of PET/CT scans (general FDG Oncology, NET, PSMA, Neurology, and Cardiac imaging); will rotate between General NM (routine studies like Bones, Gastrics, Hepatos, Renals) and PET/CT 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at time of submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Call required; day shift hours may shift slightly due to scheduled patients; 1 hour response time; weekday call 8PM-6AM, weekends divided into 6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM shifts; 2-3 call shifts per 6-week schedule period 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Local travelers within 75 miles not accepted for this position; Cath Lab RN, IR RN, and Radiology have 75-mile radius, all other specialties 100 miles 11.
