Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Cardiac, Bone scan, Brain scan, Lung scan, Renal flow, Thyroid studies, SPECT, Myocardial required; daily caseload 8-10 3. Certifications: NMTCB and/or ARRT required; BLS (American Heart Association) required; AZ fingerprint clearance card required 4. License: MRTBE (AZ license) required, 7-10 days to obtain 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8's Monday-Friday 0630-1500; call every 3rd weekend 0700-1500; holiday call required if federal holiday occurs during contract 8. RTO: Can auto approve 5 days or less for ICU, MS/TELE, PCU specialties if not on holiday; unit manager approval required; must work 2 out of 3 holidays; no RTO during first week 9. Returning Staff: Previous PERM/PRN/EP staff must wait 12 months; return travelers ineligible if cancelled within 10 days of previous start date; facility rehire approval needed 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; may float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 11. Background: Must complete required state releases for GA, NV, NH, MA, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands to prevent delays 12. Modules: Billable for all hours, average 6 hours; completed during first week of orientation via LMS transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not required 16. Special Equipment: 2 cameras - one in cardiology for stress tests, one in radiology for general NM studies Critical: Must go to lab within 72 hours after signing.
