- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Adults and Geriatrics required; Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents preferred 3. Certifications: ARRT N or NMTCB, ARRT R, BLS, NM State License required; PET license preferred; CT license required for PET/CT (can be pending); No RQI certifications accepted 4. License: Nuclear Med State Licensure required; pending state license accepted at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Call minimal (1600-0600 M-F and 24hr weekends); 40 hours/week guaranteed 8. RTO: No RTO first 7 days or last day of contract; 7 days or less preferred; one holiday bundle maximum; greater than 7 days needs approval 9. Returning Staff: 6 month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or one year mark; permanent employees can return as travelers after 12 months out of system 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 100 miles; non-local driver's license required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
