Cases: 23 weeks to 1 year old patients requiring specialists/surgery; common diagnoses include BPD, Trach/g-button evals, bowel perforations, NEC, gastroschisis/omphalocele, HIE, hydrocephalus, pre-op cardiac anomalies/arrhythmias, peritoneal dialysis 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Three 12 hour shifts/week; required to work one extra shift every 3 weeks during high census periods; patient ratios 2/3 for days, nights, and weekends 8.
