- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum Level III NICU required 2. Cases: 22 weeks and greater gestation, Prematurity, BPD, Risk for alteration of nutrition, ROP exams (no surgeries, ostomies, or trachs) 3. Certifications: BCLS, NRP required 4. License: WA RN or Compact RN for RN jobs required in-hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4 weekend shifts in 4 week schedule required; guaranteed hours with possible call-off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2-week period 8. RTO: 5 days offered; anything more than 5 days will potentially delay offer; must include all RTO at time of submittal; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) 9. Returning Staff: 3 month rule to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50 mile radius rule applies; no locals accepted 11. Background: Must notify of background or Nursys hits at time of submittal; can submit with hits but must present to client for written approval 12. Modules: Non-billable, average 16 hours; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color (no reddish orange permitted) 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
