- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Level III NICU - 22 weeks gestation and above, respiratory distress, glucose management, patients requiring surgery or cardiac interventions 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required 4. License: Valid compact or state license required in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: Float required to different units within OSU organization as needed 8. RTO: Required with submission, must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away from facility; current employees ineligible 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Two professional references required with at least one from manager/director. Urgent fingerprinting compliance required immediately after contract signing.
