Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: At least 1 year experience required 2. Cases: Chemistry, Immunochemistry, Coagulation, Hematology, Urinalysis, various Manual Testing, Rapid Covid, Rapid Influenza, Manual Body Fluid and CSF cell counts and differentials, Transfusion Services and Central Processing 3. Certifications: ASCP MLT or MLS, will also accept AMT Certification 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission (for RNs noted) 5. Education: Associate's degree in Med Lab Technology; must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC recent experience/proficiency is required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday through Thursday, Four 10-hour shifts: 2030-0700; one traveler working every weekend on third shift, 3-12s 8. RTO: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible 10.
