- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year recent MedSurg experience required 2. Cases: Oncology experience highly preferred; experience with higher patient ratios required 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Will not hire without a license; if pending, must have proof process is underway 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner & Soarian experience 7.
